Juan has over three decades of information technology experience providing services and support to Fortune 500 corporations and government agencies. Juan is the founder and CEO of Quanteq, Inc. Quanteq focuses on delivering IT solutions to address government regulatory requirements, customer phasing requirements, and internal business process efficiencies. In addition, Quanteq, Inc. serves federal government agencies with its GSA's STARS II multi billion/multi year contract as a prime vendor of IT services. Quanteq now offers expanded services and support that include Cloud and Big Data technology expertise via its qualified partners.
Juan holds dual Master's degrees in Economics and EDP Management Systems from the University of Illinois.
