The firms, with over 30 years of combined experience, will be operating under the ESOLVIT brand. Merging will ensure the highest quality experience for the corporate shared IT services clients; as the merged companies' approach is unique in that they will deliver a cohesive and seamless suite of IT services to clients of both companies. During a time of uncertainty for the economy, ESOLVIT needed to be creative with how to expand and ensure continued growth of business. An extensive search was conducted within the region before Technozant was ultimately chosen for the acquisition because of similar values, programs, and processes in each company and the same founding ownership. All the Technozant employees were brought over to ESOLVIT due to the growing needs of its national and international clients. ESOLVIT will also be developing a new Federal Division Department that will operate out of the current office in Austin, TX, and will benefit the country-at-large as well as the State of Texas.
